Our Mission

Centerville Elementary School is a safe environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Students are educated using a standards based curriculum. Our instruction utilizes best practices to meet the individual needs of all of our students academically, socially and emotionally. Staff are accountable for ensuring that all students demonstrate progress as evidenced by common grade level, district, state assessments, and individual education programs.

Centerville Elementary Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

The school doors open at 8:50 AM. Students are allowed to be dropped off and encouraged to eat breakfast. Students arriving after 9:00 AM will be considered tardy. Parent pickup and walkers dismissal is at 3:25 PM, and bus dismissal is at 3:45 PM.

DAILY SCHEDULE
  • 8:50 AM: Students may be dropped off and enter the building
  • 8:50 AM - 9:05 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:05 AM: School begins
  • 3:25 PM: Parent Pickup/Walkers/Daycare dismissals
  • 3:35 PM: Classroom dismissal
  • 3:45 PM: Buses leave
HALF DAY DISMISSAL
  • Parent pickup and walker dismissal: 11:45 AM
  • Bus dismissal: 12:00 PM
  • No lunch
  • No aftercare
